Who we are

DigiPortals ("we", "us") is operated by Brennan Rost and Kamden Muller. We sell NFC products and host the personalized link pages ("DigiPortals") that they open. Contact: hello@digiportals.xyz.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, business name and message you send us. Delivered by FormSubmit to our inbox.
• Orders: name, email, shipping address and the links you want on your DigiPortal. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your DigiPortal page: the links, business name and contact details you ask us to publish. These are public by design.
• Site analytics: anonymous, cookie-free page-view counts via Vercel Web Analytics. No personal identifiers.

How we use it

To build and ship your order, host your DigiPortal, reply to your messages and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who else sees it

Vercel (hosting and analytics), FormSubmit (contact form delivery), Stripe (payments) and our shipping carrier (delivery). Each processes data only to provide its service.

Visitors to your DigiPortal

When someone taps your product, their phone opens your page on our servers. We do not track who they are. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) are retained briefly by Vercel for security.

Your rights

Email us to see, correct or delete any data we hold about you, or to take your DigiPortal offline. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our products are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

We'll update this page when anything changes and note the date at the top.
